To give a general shape to the aforementioned model, a ‘School Management Committee‘ has been formed by the members of the Ashram Advisory Committee for the proper management of the school. According to the state’s education system, a school named ‘Saraswat Vidyaniketan‘ was established on January 12, 1989. In 1992, it received approval from the education department, and currently, 50 teachers and non-teaching staff are engaged in service. It has also received recognition for the ninth and tenth grades from the Odisha Secondary Education Board. In the academic year 2024-25, a total of 1,029 students from the beginning of childhood to the tenth grade will be receiving education, and in 2024, 64 students appeared for the matriculation examination, with 1 student passing in E-1, 16 in E-2, 18 in B-1, 18 in B-2, 11 in C-1, 4 in D, and 1 in E grade. In the current year 2025, 63 students have appeared for the examination. Additionally, arrangements have been made for remote students to stay in the hostel for education, which had been suspended due to COVID, and has now been resumed in the current year. Interested brothers and sisters can encourage their own or related children to stay in the pure environment of the ashram for education. Each student is being provided with yoga education along with quality education, inspired by the ideals of Shri Thakur and great personalities. Since 2001, arrangements have been made for compulsory computer education for students from the fourth grade at Vidyaniketan. The management committee’s members and the current principal, Mrs. Sujata Mahapatra, are responsible for the proper management of this Vidyaniketan.
